Order changes are available before processing. Please contact us as earlier as possible after you placed your order if need any changes.
Change shipping address:
Please contact us as soon as possible BEFORE your order has been shipped.
Contact us by online chat or email ([email protected]) to inform us to change your shipping address for under processing orders.
Shipping address can't be changed for shipped out orders, please go to the original address to pick up your package or contact your local deliverer to change the shipping address for orders already shipped out.
Please kindly understand that we're not responsible for the lost pacakges under the listed situation:
• Moved without informing us timely before order has been shipped.
• No person at home and no one could be reached on phone when parcel is under delivery.
• Parcel being destroyed by the local express company because of long-term unavailability of the receipent.
• RuaDoll tried to contact the receipent by email / SMS but never get replies.
Order Processing and Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.
RuaDoll will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, please place your order with a valid email.
Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
RuaDoll offer cancellations for orders that have been paid but haven't been shipped yet, but the refunds will accordingly to the different situations:
1) Full refund for orders placed within 24 hrs, and haven't been processed yet.
2) 80% refund for in stock orders that have been processed.
3) 65% refund for pre-order items that have been proccesed.
4) No cancellation for shipped out orders.
5) Refund will be finished within 5 business days.
6) We will refund to where you paied your order.

Returns NOT accepted if returns is dropped off beyond 3 days after delivery date.
1) Please contact us by online chat or email ([email protected]) within 3 DAYS after you received your package if you prefer a return or exchange. Emails will be replied on the coming business day if you send requests on weekends or holidays.
2) Our customer service will send you the returning address if your return is accepted.
3) Please ship out your returned package within 3 days after we accept your return.
4) Please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fees. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method.
5) You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
• Merchandise must not be altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
• No return and exchange for clearance items.
